Santa Fe, one of the southwest's most picturesque cities, is only 57 miles from Albuquerque. Here are a few photos showing downtown Santa Fe during October, 2005.
This architectural detail is taken from a building in downtown Santa Fe. It hints at two cultures that heavily influenced the New Mexican southwest; the Native American, as seen in the adobe construction, and the spanish colonial in the arched wrought iron fence.
